Who would you say is the most evil character in HL2? Is it Dr. Breen, the man who sold out humanity? Or is it the Gman, who'se always plotting something EVIL. Or is it the Combine advisor, who may have started this mess.

Or could it possibly be DOG? Yes, DOG, the EVIL machine, created out of old combine parts.

Or maybe even Alyx, or her father? How do they know whats going on? Maybe they are on a mission to use you for their own gains?

Or is it Judith Mossman? She betrayed you... who says she will not betray you again?

Or Barney?


Or could it be... you? Mr. Freeman.

At the start of the actual sand bit of Sand Traps, he's the one injured and lying on the sand next to his friend. And killed very quickly, too. He might've been the smartest mind of his generation, but he didn't have the common sense to actually stay still.

stalin sent pow's of ww2 even when war was over, untold millions of others and political opponents to die in death camps in siberia in the extreme cold.

any way in hl2 most evil is breen. he might actually believe he is doing somethng for humanity but this is dillusional and the reality is he is starving people to death and brainwashes them with tv braodcasts and he tells them the most dispicible thing. that thier instinct, thier own free natural mind must be destroyed. that is mentally sick. later in game he also threatens humanity with extinction at the hands of combine.

It's Gordon. He had originally planned to bring the Combine over to Earth, but when the resonance cascade happened he knocked his head and forgot his evil plans. In Half-Life 3 Gordon will regain his memory with the help of the G-Man and will conquer both Earth and the Combine homeworld to become Emperor of the Universe.
