It does'nt get anymore annoying than the Antlion, Because they just wont stop. In ep1.....in the parking garage they wont give up, and When your'e fighting the Antlion-Guard it got annoying.

Those bag-like scanners near the end of the game. I think their called 'Shield Scanners', or so Wikipedia says. Anyway, they annoyed me the most. Mainly in the part where the Strider breaks through the wall and you have to climb that abandoned building. All they do is fly at you and hover centimetres from your face until you shot them and they blow up like a grenade.

Those specal scanners are for the strider, they tell it were you are. If you kill them you can get your shots off easier.

Wow, really? Thats awesome, but I don't remember seeing any outside the Nexus at the first real Strider fight. :\ Makes sence why theres so many in the tunnel part, then.

Fast headcrabs were fine, as long as you hit them with your pistol, they died. Unlike manhacks, which just start flying more randomly and become harder to hit.

i meant to vote fast zombie but accidently hit fast headcrab, DOH!

fast zombies are the most annoying for me, not because they are hard for me to fight, but because i can't make them do more damage, there's no cvar for it, annoys the crap out of me. Their maul attack only does like 5 damage.

The annoyance comes from the fact that when i fight them, I get annoyed by all the screeching and scratching, but don't feel all that much pressure since their bark is worse than their bite.

Zombines. Man hacks, whilst annoying I can deal with. Same for antlions and everything else on that list. I just hate Zombines. They just run up to you and go "har har, look at me, I have a grenade!" (obvisly they dont say it, but we all know they should) *boom*.

I voted for the Antlion, but I actually would have voted for the Alien Grunts. They fire homing thornets and they take quite a bit of damage for a regular enemy, too much for my liking.

Fast headcrab is so annoying because you go to line him up and he jumps, fire and he runs grrrrrrrrrrrr. Strider is probably 2nd because the damn thing is near invincible. Antlion just swarms and is also fast. Anything that is fast or damn hard to kill gets my irritation approval rating.

Fast headcrabs are a bit annoying, but I just find them to be nothing more than a tricky enemy. The only enemy I actually have absolutely zero fun fighting are manhacks. I seriously hope we don't see swarms of them in Episode 2.

Well:

The Biozeminades was a enemy in HL2 that was cut after the hack. The Biozeminades had the power to make itself look good and you had to kill it with spray paint.
