I would just like to make this topic to thank Valve for the best game ever made. I don't know what Gamespot was thinking, but they must have been drunk. This game is awesome.

I had some problems with steam and my retail copy at first, but once I played this game, it was all forgotten. Keep up the good work Valve.




Mod, maybe you could sticky this so everyone can show their appreciation for such a wonderful game and company.

Forget game of the year, this game is game of the decade (at least until halflife 3 comes out ). I am almost done with the airboat sequence so far, and despite some steam inflicted annoyances, once I got the game running, it is jaw droppingly awsome!!!

Yes, I agree. This game should be GOTY. I have played both Halo2 and now HL-2 and I can say without a doubt that HL-2 will, well, should, win GOTY.
