In the near future I am planning to get a notebook. I've searched everywhere for the right one and have found a couple choices that sound reasonable. I was wondering if maybe there were some better suited ones for what I want to do on it.
First of all, I'll use the laptop most of the time for gaming. Money is not a real problem here, but battery life is. At a very minimum it should last 3 hours. When it says that the Dell XPS has short battery life is that only when your using the system specs to their full extent, or does it not make a difference wether your performing simple tasks or intensive gaming. If so one of the high preformence laptops may be the right choice.
Two notebooks that I have found to be good for what I need are:
Inspiron 8600
Inspiron 9200
