The soundtracks

I went digging around in GCFscape to find some Ep.2 sounds and i found the soundtrack, which is played at the end.

It sounds so goddamn epic and sad at the same time.

Especially ingame, as the screen fades to black and the music comes in.
I especially like it from 0:50 to the end. THAT'S the part, that makes it epic.

Overall, all of the Ep.2 soundtracks are better, compared to the HL2 ones.
I can tell Valve has adopted a new style. Their more like electric/deep synth based or guitar-drum duos.

Anybody know what the songs' names are? Not just a track list, but a list linking the song's filename to its actual name?

Wow, didn't know they already had names for these.

So now that they have names, it's easier.
The epic music i keep talking about is Dark Interval.
In GCFScape, it's VLVX_song3.mp3.

Well...it gets epic at 0:50.

I beleive its name is vlvx_song3 :O

I like the action-pumping tunes of VLVX_SONG22, VLVX_SONG23 and of corse my favorite VLVX_SONG24

Ah yes, VLVX_song23 is one of my favourites. It was in a trailer too i believe.
And i also like VLVX_song24

But one of my MOST favourites is "What Kind Of Hospital Is This?"

It's from Ep.1. In GCFScape it's VLVX_song18.
It can be found in "Episode 1 shared.gcf"

Has anyone of you ever played "Gunz"?

That game has some really good soundtracks.
