The truth about the script

There have been doubts how much it spoils, etc. I can honestly tell you it spoils a lot. REALLY A LOT!

But the thing is, it's out of order and some parts are quite umcomprehensible, since you aren't sure what happened before that and can't link the events properly.

The script is huge, it goes 100+ pages.

And the truth is I still regret getting it. Feeling it by the first time as it was designed will be much better I bet, than getting the script and then feeling it.


I bow before the great Marc Laidlaw, which will soon bring us so much joy.

The script sucks. It's mostly uncomprehensible. You only get some generic BS like - "Get away Freeman!"

I won't tell anyone where it is. Stay away from it. If you were sharp or had some brains of your own, you would find it in a quickie anyway.

I dont see any point, if it isnt comprehensible then you will only find out some major events and you will be lost till you play the game. Basically knowing what happens but not knowing how.

Right now, i dont feel any urge to play it, but I am just lazy, just like I was lazy about getting the beta and just never got around to it.

While I post here it is also about having tme and other things to do. So people either "help" out others if they can or they dont. Not "find it yourself".

As for brains Im very sharp and I do have brains. That doesnt mean I have the time to "scour" and find something weeding through fals information. Having brains tells me to politley ask someone that already has access to said information to get it that much quicker.

Halflife 2 is a great game, and that is the only reason I've been completly clear from any spoilers yet. I remember Halo, 2 months before I got it I could know what the characters was about to say.

I will not make that misstake again, and I hate seeing other people doing it since it could ruin the expecience for them to, hope this isn't the case for you Sprafa.

Now if I were asking for answers to a test or some type of contest then you could bring ethics and morals into it.

It was a fudged up txt document with lines scattered all over the place. Seriously, people who have nothing better in life would sit down all day to make it legible and any sense out of it anyway.

I definately won't be reading it. I'll admit I played the beta, but that was because I wanted to play a bit of HL2. I would never ruin the storyline for myself.

I've seen it. It spoils bits of the plot i guess, but no-where near what i thought. This might not go down well, but it has fueled me to play the game, ten fold.

Also, if you have an inch of imagination, you could work it out yourself.

It wasn't completely unecncrypted. It was encrypted, but there are programs available that can decrypt it...or so i heard
