An obvious warning, you probably shouldn't go to a link talking about the autopsy of Lisa Mcpherson. I am not someone who is easily disturbed, but the high definition photos that are probably in those links are very disturbing, I felt my stomach drop.

The photos are huge, very detailed. Not worth the curiosity at all. You have to pass an agreement saying you won't sue for any emotional distress brought about from looking at them.
The textual autopsy discription from the doctor is much more disturbing to me as well than it was in the video.
