Hasnt been said, although gabe said in an e-mail that drivable striders are possible, and that he an the team tried it out for fun. only drivable vehicle we know for sure right now is the buggy.

Damn, cos I want to make a Combine soldier kebab with a Strider. DAMN that would be fun. Would remind me a lot of Star Wars, the walking around shooting stuff bit, not the kebab bit. Chicken walker and that blaster it has reminds me of the Strider.

um, i don't want to scare anyone, but my friend who works at EB told me half-life is delayed....this isn't true, is it?

like i said in that other EB post. what we need to do is take all the dates from the EB people and tally them up, and average the results. that average will be the day that HL2 is released. its a scientificlly proven fact that the average of what a bunch of stupid people say is generally true. see if everyone is unsure, then somone HAS to be right statistically or by blind luck, so therefore.....uh, well you know where i was going.

kdavey, i've emailed gabe 3 times (actually 4, i re-sent one) and still havent gotten a reply. this is fairly common. a few people have gotten all their emails answered. Gabe admits to answering emails that are different or interesting, but there are some very different and interesting ones yet to be answered. I am of course excepting those regarding multiplayer, the game plotline, or any other aspects that are as-of-yet unreleased and or classified (or whatever you call it).

I would be interested (for those who have legitamate questions yet to be addressed) to know what times of the day, and what alternate addresses have gotten responses. I suppose i could sift through the official info only thread, but wow that would take a while. no life, anyone? have at. :E
