The third screenshot ruined it for me. That looks like all the other sword-swinging adventure games. The first and second shot gave me real hope. Mind you, it's very pretty so it may be worth a look. I'd like to see how well it fares against Oblivion though.

For those who don't know, the Witcher (THIS Witcher) is a book character. Very nice books BTW.

Amazing, considering it uses a modified version of the "never winter nights" (aurora)engine.

I like how they designed this one like fairy tale land, and not just another drab "worlds going to end, lotsa fire and rain" world.

I really hope there are open fields. Fields in video games always mezmerize me.

I'm tired of all these multiplayer only games. I've been longing for a good singleplayer game, but companies won't stop investing in the "Counter Strike type gameplay" craze.

Games need more horse riding. That horse looks promising.

That shadow of the colossus and gun may get my money solely for the horse riding.
