Its not in production, a guy made it, it says the plans are available soon, I'm gonna build one, I think I have the resources to...

I was thinking, its ability to fly probably comes from its small size and weight (Obviously from the design) but what if I fitted a really small camera to it, spy boat/plane/craft thing.
