They Hunger for HL2???

Any news on whether 'They Hunger' will be released as a HL2 mod?

That game would be uber creepy on the Source engine!

I asked neil manke about another episode of his space ship expansion (the name of which escapes me) and he said that he prefares to move into new places with each of his expansions so i doubt he would officially remake it.


although note i said DOUBT and not that he wouldnt!

I've been thinking for a while now that They Hunger in Source would be amazing.

That said, I think any horror mod would be amazing. With physics I guess you could do some unexpected things in a FPS, which would add to the "surprise" factor.

It's called U.s.s darkstar. I hated it becase by the time i played it there was already better sp mods out. They hunger is an awesome mod.

they hunger was pretty creepy on the old hl engine, if they remade it for source i would bet it would probably 100x creepier

Well, there are at least a few mods in development aiming for the horror genre. It'd be a shame if another They Hunger wasn't produced, but hopefully, something out there should satisfy your needs.

i never played the hunger... i'd DL it but steam ****ed up me HL...when i open up HL with steam and rollover any button in the main menu it performs an error...every single time

but making they hunger for hl2. well the maps can be MORE scaryer and more dark with light flicker...more realistic zombies. wow would be cool.
