Things I should be doing more of

I've been looking at how fat I've become over the years and its kinda sad. I really need to lose about 15 lbs which I gained 2 years ago, but it also brings about what I really should be doing besides lounging around all summer long.

But lets look at what I've worked on so far in my life, and you can do the same

Good things I've worked on:

-got rid of bad debt
-getting paid more, getting more hours too
-making better decisions when it comes to money
-haven't gotten a speeding ticket in years

Bad things I should work on:

-my weight, its not healthy to be sitting around so much, and it can only get worse as you age, so although i've been eating slightly better, i should still shed a few pounds and run some more
-getting a girlfriend and having babies, i'm 25....i think i should at least be dating more. its probably because i have no motivation, and girls are usually the ones that ask me out
-becoming more of a friend to my friends, i tend to blow them off and not want to hang out as much as i used to. but i'm just getting sick of the same old routine and i tend to switch friends too often. i still have a best friend but i need to be happy with who i have as friends
-moving out, i really need to do this ASAP. this place is killing me and if i had more saved up i would leave in a heartbeat

so what things do you need to work on besides gaming all damn day and posting on forum sites chock full of geeks and nerds dressed in +6 armor
 
Threads like this seem to be a milestone of sorts here at halflife2.net. You can really tell when a member has become moderately obsessed when they ask for life advice. I THINK IT'S GREAT

Wife wants a baby I need to make one with her. I need to find a steady paycheck job. We moved to South Carolina so all my pals became on line. So I need to find a new bud. I want to get a kitten or pup for my wife but thats more food and cat litter or dog leash and shots.

These. It's not that I want to switch friends, I just get really frustrated and pissed off sometimes (partly due to external stress e.g. being constantly overworked by school, partly due to hormones tbh). It's like the more close of a friend I become to anyone, the more likely it is they'll be around when I go temporarily psycho, and then everything goes all screwy. It has nothing to do with who it is, just whoever happens to be there at the wrong time :o. I have one really good friend though who's either really patient or maybe I just feel more comfortable apologizing to him.

I hate packing my stuff and moving out... usually my parents do most it for me.

I need to get more exercise since I have high cholesterol and currently I don't do any exercise. I just feel ridiculous/self-conscious going to the gym. If I could work out alone I might actually do it.

yeah I agree, whenever someone gets too close is usually bad timing and i think its because i was raised in the suburbs away from all the trouble and problems. its quiet and nice, but thats how we like it. also i hate exercising in front of other people, it feels really awkward. probably because i am weaksauce when it comes to adding muscle and staying fit.
 
Go out with more girls I think would be priority at the moment, I mean Im only 20, i've been told im good looking, I have a black belt in martial arts and im a guitarist in an alt rock band thats getting progressively bigger, I should been having a lot more women, think im just too picky lol. I am actually exercising like mad due to the summer bordem, running, exercise bike, weights, situps etc, drilled it into a habit :D
