I am also lowering the specs of my phetus.
This manufacturer/ card good?
i have read it is a great 9800pro.

Yeah, that's a great card.
It's more expensive than the other (single slot) 9800Pro's which run at or below 200$ but it does give you that nice cooler.

That cooler looks pretty beeefy. Between getting that cooler and the coupon, I'd definately say go for it. I would check and make sure you're actually getting the coupon though because I thought they stopped handing those out a while ago.
