This card any better than FX 5200

Perhaps...The only benchmarks I can find are the AGP version of that card, which are quite a bit better than the 5200.
 
I did a google and I came across and Japanese/Chinese site (can't find it now) with a couple of bencmarks. It is slower than a standard 9600. That doesn't mean it will always perform that way, especially on the bandwith limited PCI bus.
 
I think a 9600 is the same price as the 5700, I would suggest going for that 9600.
