Just saw this movie a few weeks ago, thought it was alright, but the ending was a bit abrupt, would've been nice to see the story played out over a few years

Good film yeah, im sitting next to the Shane Meadows box set (its in my hyoog dvd archive) but it's probably the best box set I have. Dead man's shoes, dalamari. Watch it, now.

I agree about the ending. Seemed kind of rushed.

Also, I couldnt help but think of American History X the entire time.

That movie rules. Finally got it on DVD like a month ago...never got to see it in theaters (once again).

Fantastic film. The kid puts on such a great performance. When he's standing up for his dads death in the Fauklands really got to me.
