no, they're quotes from the movie full metal jacket...

but thats is in a manga used to teach english to japanese soldiers

Silly Japanese people, being taught that grabasstic is a word.

Need to incorporate in there the great Pulp Fiction quote, as it seems so suiting.

"English mother****er, do you speak it!?"

"English mother****er, I speak it!"

To be honest, I'm pretty ****ing impressed that they have a word for "grabasstic."

Err, I'm pretty sure they don't. The text above the english words are not Japanese words, but how to pronounce them.

"Gurabasutikku"

I'm sure somewhere else is just written the general idea of what the phrases are, not what each word means. This is just teaching phrases.

Can't be real....

Since when is 行ってらっしゃい anywhere near equivalent to '**** off'?

Hmm I'm pretty sure it's more of a general statement for people leaving, so I can see the connection to '**** off'

"come home soon" is probably just some american phrase equivalent you saw in an anime or something.

I like you.

Come over to my house and **** my sister

I'm going to say that to everyone.

No. I used to live there, and I've used the word tens of thousands of times. I just keep imagining someone saying 行ってきます~! to only be replied with "**** off".

comedic? maybe. translation? hell no. general translation? no way.
