This just in: end of cheap and easy oil!

Thank you mods :)
this news is about 40 years old
The fact that oil will run out is old, the fact that we're past the peak of cheap oil = new, serious problem.

I just changed out half the tags at the staples I work at, half the stuff in the store just became more expensive, especially plastics. I've never seen a sweeping price increase like this before. Probably unrelated, but weird nonetheless.

Ok, but did you also notice the price of ice cream? It's going up as well.

$7.49 for a shake? Jeeeeeez.

wtf? I can get one for less than two bucks at steak and shake.

Never heard of steak and shake.

We just had a Dairy Queen open up here. Man you should have seen the lines.
The drive'thru was backed up into the Home Depot parking lot, and there was like a 20 person long line outside of the building.

I was like **** this I'm going to Baskin, and I got a sundae for around 5 bucks. :| The shakes ranged from $4.99 to %7.49 depending on trim.
