From Forbes.

  • SEGA got Relic for $26.6M. This makes them one of the biggest players in the strategy genre with Company of Heroes, Total War and licences for both Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40,000.
  • Turtle Rock's new IP, Evolve, went for $10.9M, which seems surprisingly high, to Take-Two.
  • Crytek were already making Homefront 2 and the $0.544M purchase now gives them full control over the game.
  • Ubisoft now have the rights to the South Park RPG Stick of Truth ($3.3M) and THQ Montreal ($2.5M) which I've read had no announced games but had the creator of the original Assassin's Creed working on a secret project. I guess they'll merge with Ubisoft Montreal.
  • Koch Media (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, X3: Terran Conflict, Risen) got Volition (Saints Row, Red Faction) and the publishing rights to Metro for $22.2M.
  • Vigil (Darksiders) has yet to be sold.

Don't know how I missed it. I'll lock this thread.
