Holy Shit RF:G is taking long to load.

Wow, Volition actually managed to do a proper port for a change. As far the game goes, it's a lot of fun although not very engaging and can get a bit repetitive.

Resident Evil takes another turn for the worse. I just don't like the direction this series has taken.
I thought it would go back to its roots after 4 but it's the same murky crap setting just like Spain.
It's not scary at all to me. It's a shooter with a horror setting instead of a zombie survival game like it once was.
Resident Evil 3 is the last title that i actually enjoyed in this series. Dead Space was much truer to the originals than the last two games.

I have yet to try out Arkham Asylum. It's getting nothing but rave reviews. A cinematic masterpiece from what i hear. I can't wait to try it out.

Yeah Resident Evil 5 is horrid. The control scheme is just like RE4 which everybody didn't buy that game on the PC because of that. So they did the same thing. :x Graphics are great but there is horrible AI, no quit to desktop button, etc. The inventory system is a mess as well.

Now Batman though is REALLY fantastic! Buy that game because it's really good.

Are you kidding me? I can run the game perfectly on very high but I can't navigate the tutorial videos, game options and multiplayer lobbies. When I try and do any of this the game slows to a crawl and eventually crashes.

No it isn't. RE5 has true mouse aiming support which RE4 on PC didn't have.

Agreed on RE5. Arkham is REALLY good.

Ahh that is true. It still feels the same clunky way though.

It does. The character is stiff and the over the shoulder view is very limited.
The friendly AI is useless. The bitch doesn't react to half of the action in game.
If that wasn't enough, they now added quick time events. What ****ing asshole came with this frustrating and down right lazy gameplay mechanic?
I Am seeing this crap in more and more games nowadays. Seriously. I want to play a game not an interactive movie, you asshole.
Ugh, what a disappointing game.

QTE were also in the fourth one, I agree though, just leave it as a cinematic and stop making me jab a random button. I'm finding the controls adequate though and am quite enjoying it so far. Some od the set pieces are quite intense.
After the bitter taste of RE4 on PC that was a shambolic conversion which was only made the way it should have been by combining mods from some very talented people, It's nice to see Capcom continuing their recent trend of immaculate PC conversions.
