can anyone give me a step by step of how to get my hotmail e-mails into thunderbird.
what i mean is how do i get the incoming/outgoing servers?
cheers.

It's not possible. It's only possible through Outlook and Outlook Express, but I believe you have to pay a subscription to do it now. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe it will only work through Outlook because it uses a completely different mail protocol to access them.

I'll send you a GMail invite if you want? Less spam, 2.6GB mailbox and hassle free POP3 mail retrieval :)

ditch hotmail and go with teh leet shiznat

Heh, Chris, does it even seem like your Gmail invites replenish themselves? I mean, I know I've given out 20 or so but it's always stayed at 100.

Actually when I read Thunderbird, I thought of the old AMD processor.
