Time Spent on Computer moniter want

Hey does anyone know of a program (preferably free) that monitors how long a user has been on a computer for.

Becuase me and my brother always have arguments about whos turn it is ect. and he lies alot and says hes only had an hour when hes actually had about 6.

I dont want something that monitors what you go on ect, just how long someone has been logged in for.

I want to know how long each user has been logged on for during a day.

There must be some way to do it.

Mand0lesi's way (Keylogger with timestamps) is probably the easiest; I'd go with that.

If your brother is smaller than you are then i don't see what the problem is.

if you can get at the pc when he's on, do ctrl-alt-del and unless yours is set up to go straight to the task manager, it will show logon information.
