I have heard rumours on the internet that the Collectors Edition (CE) will arrive later to the shops than the regular retail version (16 nov).

Is this a fact? If this is the case, when will it be in the shelfes?

Yeah i dont get it, the CE retail is out in US and in Europe its a late december release, anyone think something is wrong here ?
