Too many intranets users!

Has anyone noticed too many people have been using the intranets lately? Almost every site I go to is down, or lagged because of bandwith stealers. Is this just me or do you guys notice this too?

sometimes hl2.net will only load a grey/blue screen...

but nothing else.

I think its a joke about Bush's internets thing.


I've not really had much difficulty with the internet lately. Though when I come to these forums, all the borders and still go through about 3 phases. They load light blue, then darker greyish blue and then finally what they are normally.

Intranets slowing things down...? Aren't Intranets mainly used within a business/company? Like I'm at work now and we have an intranet but I cant see how it would slow anything down. And in regards to hl2.net border going blue then this color i notice that too :\

My college's intranet is permanently slow, so i notice no difference.
