My Top 10 (for the most part anyway)

1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
best movie i have ever seen... i love this movie so much. everyone needs to see it. now.

2. The Salton Sea
great story, and some amazing acting... from val kilmer, of all people! crazy. great film, especially for all you 'tweakers' out there. :cheese:

3. Fight Club
one of the greatest movies ever made... no question. ive watched it so many times.

4. The Matrix
just amazing... they should've ended with reloaded, because revolutions was awful.

5. Equilibrium
awesome flick, some of the coolest action sequences ive ever seen.

6. Donnie Darko
just a freaking cool movie... awesome soundtrack as well.

7. Requiem For A Dream
if you havent seen this, you suck. it also has a very awesome soundtrack, and one of the most unique directing styles ive seen.

8. Dogma
oh man... cracks me up every time lmao. kevin smith is a comdeic genius and this movie proves it lol. hahaha... i love this movie.

9. The Way Of The Gun
benicio del toro cracked me up in this movie haha. i loved all the acting in this flick, and the opening was the funniest thing ive ever seen rofl.

10. Memento
just fricking awesome. you watch the movie in reverse... from the end to the beginning. brilliant film.

Honorable Mentions

Life Is Beautiful - happy movie with a sad ending... it made me cry. :cry:
Reservoir Dogs - Quentin Tarantino is a genius.
Jackie Brown - Quentin Tarantino is a genius.
From Dusk Till Dawn - Quentin Tarantino is a genius.
Kill Bill 1&2 - Quentin Tarantino is a genius.
Pulp Fiction - Quentin Tarantino is a genius.
Snatch - one of the funniest fricking movies i've ever seen.
21 Grams - one of those movies that makes no sense until the last 5 minutes... really, really well done.
Ocean's Eleven - some bad-ass acting in this flick, cant wait for the sequel.
Confessions Of a Dangerous Mind - amazingly directed film, really awesome movie.
Se7en - brilliant movie... so so good.
American Beauty - kevin spacey was bad ass in this movie... i loved it haha.
Underworld - kate beckinsale is sooo hott, and the soundtrack to this movie kicks ass.
Face/Off - awesome flick, best acting by nicholas cage... ever. lol.
Pitch Black - bad ass movie... totally awesome. the sequel sucked, but this movie owns.
Saving Private Ryan - way intense movie, loved every second of it. awesome in surround sound as well. 8)
Black Hawk Down - also extremely intense and awesome in surround sound. really kick ass
Dark City - came out before The Matrix and was a thought-provoker as well.
Suicide Kings - christopher walken + dennis leary = kick ass movie.
Rounders - just a cool movie, edward norton is awesome.
J.F.K. - really well done, oswald was not the lone gunman.
The Boondock Saints - what can i say? just a fricking cool movie.
The Big Lebowski - see definition above. :)
Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels - see definition above again. :)
American History X - edward norton is amazing. this movie has some great dialogue and some kick-ass acting.

sorry if i went on and on... heh. i tried to keep the descriptions short and vaguel. i dont want to give away too much, just spark some interest. my 'honorable mentions' list is big enough for its own thread, lmao. its hard to narrow down, i love movies so much. i could probably throw out a lot more, but im sure i already bored you guys lol. that wasnt an official top ten, it fluxuates from time to time. but Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind always remains at #1. that movie is simply amazing.

Damn short circuit was a pretty inspiring film, and it was well done with the robotics and the likes considering how old it is.

I got really sad at EVERY bit. It is, and always will be, my favorite movie of all time, mainly because I grew up watching that movie....I still own 1 and 2. :D
