Town Square

Hi long time no see. I havnt posted in a while.

I want to know somthing, i have a map with a town square and i want 100 or 200 npc_citizens to walk around aimlessly.. I have scripted 20 to walk from one end of the map and sit on a benches or lean on walls then walk off, but thats a slow painful process.
Im thinking of a few Npc_templates around the map with it spawning about 10 a second, but how do i get them to walk around.

Its for a cut scene im doing which will later be recorded as an AVI. My pc can handle upto 150 AI NPCs attacking me. It crashes at about 400.

Wayy to many npc's IMO.

In order to get them to move, maybe use aiscripted_schedule?
 
Like i said its not a playable scene.. Im trying to have something like the town center in FF Advent Children..
And for at actscripted_schedule will i also need info_node_hints (Set to actbusy) as well as info_node
 
That you will, but the schedule will get them moving right.

Oh, and there is a major hole in my gaming experience where the FF games are. I have never played a single one in my life so I know nothing of any of them.
 
Well i meant FF Advent Children the movie. The town center has over 200 CGI characters moving. All of them are doing something different. Must of taken a while to compile that.
