Triassic Triops

For Christmas, I've received Triops. Triassix Triops are actual prehistoric creatures which are identical to their prehistoric kin. You supposely add the eggs in 1 liter of water, keep the temperature above 72°F and they grow up and become those awfull creatures (see website).

Anyone has ever seen that? Do they work?

I had those when I was younger. They work, and end up getting about an inch or two long (3-5 cm). Make sure you feed em enough or they eat eachother.

Sounds interesting, but some insects have compound eyes.
And triops can only live up to three months.
