It would've been nice if they could've scraped together enough footage to actually fill out a 1 minute trailer without reusing it...

Other than that it looks like it might be worth like... $15. I've loved Twisted Metal games (3&4 don't count) and this would get a good 10-ish hours of play out of some of my friends and me.
