Ulgh, monitor problems?

I've got this strange issue with my computer, monitor or OS. It seems my computer's brightness will dim in a smooth transition and i cannot tell whether it's random or some odd setting. It seems to occur when swapping through programs sometimes (alt-tabbing) or scrolling down a webpage and as i scroll to certain parts of it, the dimming begins to occur and swaps back to the regular brightness when i return to other parts of the webpage.

Anyone know what this is or what is causing this?

Nevermind, close the thread. Some garbage called magic bright on my monitor. Problemo solved.
