Here's the URL: http://www.half-lifefiles.com/file.stuff?body=HL2ModsFinal

...but its temporary, i'll soon be redirecting it to http://mods.hl2files.com
If anyone has any other info. i must add/edit, please send it in to [email protected] :D

There's still a lot of info. to add and the sooner i finish this, the sooner i get to start work on my next project, "The Ultimate HL2 Top 100" which will be at http://top100.hl2files.com and will be similar to Moddb!

Man that's alot...

Anyway, an idea is to order them by type. Its just impossible to get an overview, even if you do line them all up. All I see is names names and more names, not mods :)

i think one of the criteria for having a mod posted on your site should be that the mod has a website. that'll help screen non serious mods.

I think the band of brothers mod looks really cool, I loved the miniseries

The BoB team switched over from BF.

Mods looking forward to(No order)

Leave no man behind
OP: CO-IN
CW:Melting point
Band of Brothers

Id love to see a team (or be part of one for that matter) tackle a Lord of the Rings mod, if only you wouldnt get your ass sued. Man the Battle of Helms Deep or the Pelennor Fields would rock in a mod. But I digress.

i agree bass, would be a pretty cool mod to play, although i really didnt pay attention to the movie :)

screw the movie, its all about the books.
It makes me sick that people have no clue that they are based off books. I even heard a kid say "did you know that theres books based off the movies?"

The mod "Malin" isnt on that list, but good job. :)

Im kinda waiting for Leave no man behind, and the last great war.

a good team REALLY REALLY needs to make a 28 days later mod.. with multiple styles of play.

the "you and your friends on the front side of a mansion have to fight off zombie after zombie running up the field towards you"

the "infected vs. human game where humans win when all the zombies die, or zombies win when all the humans are infected.. infected run faster, have a red tint to their vision, can punch, kick and bite, and spit blood if they have enough (maybe have a meter or something) .. humans get to use melee weapons and guns.. guns are a lot more useful though."

the "simple dm style gameplay, with people using skins of many characters/many infected running around in the giant mansion, or in a london map or w/e the city was in the beginning, and killing eachother with any of the weapons in the mod"

You can filter out the non serious by watching the url of the site (when it begins with .tk or is a geocities or lycos site :)) or the email adres of the founder (when it ends with @hotmail :D)
Well that hotmail is not totally true I see
