Well...It can't be Darth Vader because pretty much what CptStern said.It can't be the alien queen...because well it doesn't know evil so what it does is not evil.It's just trying to live.Can't be T1000 because it's a machine...and well just like the alien queen it doesn't know evil or good...just the objective it was assigned and Mr.burns....I mean come on...him and dr.evil are soft just like darth vader.So the match up is between GW and Agent Smith and my vote is Agent Smith...ultimate evil...opposite of neo (which is good).

and knowing the weak mindedness of humans, the aliens wait to lure out their prey... evacuation teams will come in one after another, and the alien queen will allow just enough people to die before she lets them escape in their puny human dropship... with a few suprises stowed away on board, of course.

and so it spreads... the alien horde, led by the impossible intelligent alien queen. she commands the armies and leads her children to victory, until all is extinguished. until the universe lies unmoving and silent. They will never advance in technology... they will never try and better themselves, because they dont need to.

they are perfect.

they are not a race, or an animal... they are a virus. spreading and spreading... there is no cure, your only hope is to hold it back... but the human race can never better the alien... because it is individual. Each person is his own... but the alien, is is a group... led by a superior commander that will never be overruled or mutinied...

...the alien queen.

Agent smith knows evil...he knows emotion...why?Because his AI is that of a human (hell agent smiths intelligence probally surpasses ours).T1000 is controlled by a main AI.....Skynet.All it knows is the objective.So say I'm skynet and I tell it to kill any human it sees....well it's going to do that...just like you pressing play on your radio.It's just a matter of how much programming there is.Heres a better example....it's like a dog killing a child vs a human killing a child.The dog bites the child because the child was bothering him and his food.It doesn't know whats right and wrong.Then theres the human who kills the child because he is crazy or something...but he does know whats right and wrong and he knows evil and good....
