Uncovered: The Whole Truth About The Iraq War

This was a very informative movie which reaffirmed my view that this war is a sham. But, information is useless without action. People need a systamatic method for removing the president from his office along with all of his goons. This may happen when the democrats take office next year, but more than likely it will have to be the people that take their government back. This may mean a civil war, this may mean a dictatorship, this may mean martial law. Tough times may be ahead, but if the people stand together the fight is already won.

A civil war is not the answer and would be completely idiotic to attempt. It wouldn't serve anything except to destroy the country.

maybe I was being a bit dramatic and that is a worst case assumption. I doubt it would ever go that far seeing as how most americans have the sense not to go killing their neighbors.

yes. that is why we have a democracy. Things must change through education, voting and legislation. We must tell people our opinions and be active. We must campaign, protest, write letters, speak out against what we think is wrong. If our country is to change it must change from the inside out, starting with ordinary people and moving through the ranks, expelling the military industrial complex and replacing it with democracy.

where do we start? I say that we should write letters to our congressmen and ask if they would impeach bush. We could present the letters along with evidence for the action.

You'd have to get a large percentage of Americans to support this, and so far (as I see it) the 50/50 split is rising in favor of political reform / anti-bush, which is a good step. I'd wait till Bush's term is about to end and then attack with everything you've got.

that's two more years of bloodshed in the middle east and two more years of tolerating an administration that should be put before a war crimes tribunal. Two years is too long.

2 years isn't that long. You should always attack the enemy where and when it's weakest!

what's the point of impeaching an administration at the tail end of its lifespan? If a real statement is to be made, it must be done so that it usurps the government at its strongest. If we were to attempt to impeach bush and his goons at the end, that would make the american people appear to have no power in their government, only the ability to attacking a dying prey like vultures.

But the American people are the ones getting Bush out of office... with all this Bush hate, you'd think the Democrats would have found legal reasoning to impeach him.

Based on what the video presented, there is plenty of evidence to impeach him. at the very least they could probably do it based on incompetience.

This information has been circulated a thousand times through everyone in the political "know". And I don't think you can impeach a president because he sucks. He has to break the law under the constitution for it to be a legal impeachment.

he has broken the geneva accords by treating prisoners unjustly. also we the people cannot sit idily while this great country goes down the shitter.

I dont know about residents of the US, but the attempt at justifying the iraqi invasion looked very thin from half the world away, right at the outset.
The one image which keeps coming to my mind when someone talks about evidence on WMD is Colin Powell brandishing a test-tube or a glass vial or something of that sort in the UN security council. He also showed pictures of a couple of trucks and claimed that the biological\chemical weapons were being moved around in those.
sheeeesh.
Colin Powell must be feeling ashamed of himself.
