undedicated servers 1.6?

undefinedCan anyone tell me how to set up an undedicated server in 1.6? in 1.5 it had an option to do this from the main menu but cannot find a way to do this in 1.6. Thnx :thumbs:

Open up Counter-Strike.

Click on New Game or Create Game (I can't remember which cos I'm at work at the moment)

It will then provide you with the necessary options to run your server from your standard internet connection. Should be pretty easy!

Usually, once you click "Create Game," it defaults to a lan server. To correct this, after the game launches, type "sv_lan 0" in console.

thnx for the help guys! just one more question though if you don't mind. how do I find the server IP or others find my IP? if it is the same as 1.5 then my comp IP is not the one others see.

http://www.whatismyip.com/ gives you the IP address everyone else sees you as.
