Mark Rein said himself on the Epic forum that it's coming out on PC and PS3 at the same time and that by exclusive he mean't console exclusive since the 360 version will come out later.

Wait a second, an article at Eurogamer suggests that UT3 will only be available on the PS3 this Autumn and will be released for the 360 and PC later.

It means Unreal Tournament 3 will be exclusive to PS3 this autumn, following on Xbox 360 and Windows at a later date.

WTF?

Probably because Sony likes to use the word Exclusive but only meant for consoles when saying so. But the magazine took it to mean exclusive even over the PC perhaps? They used the word Exclusive for UT3 at their press conference at E3 as well. Who knows.
