Do you ever sit down to read the paper and an AOL cd falls out the middle page
Or go and buy a fish keeping magazine and find an AOL cd taped to the cover
Or look through your post to see a free AOL disc
Or go to a shop and have a friendly shopkeeper put a free AOL disc in your bag

Im sure most of you have and most of you just chuck them in the bin Well no more a group of people at:

http://www.nomoreaolcds.com/

are trying to collect a million AOL cds and then dump them all on AOL's doorstep they want you to send your unwanted AOL discs to them so they can reach that number. Visit the website above to find out more :bounce:

I use them a DVD cases for when I burn DVDs. I don't care. I like it, gives me a new frisbe.

cool id do it if it if i didnt have to pay shipping fees

I'd do that but for some reason i dont get many AOL cd's anymore...Most of the ones we had were destroyed in the great frisbe fight on Christmas 2002. Man that was fun, we had about 100 CD's and we sat in a hallway just throwing them at each other. We built little forts and had 2 sides. There werent many rules, but we did make a little game out of it. It was hard to cheat because those things hurt when they hit you, and you are bound to go ow or at least stop for a moment.

i usually mix them with some fava beans, and a nice chianti.

The UK version of PCgamer comes with them, which annoys me bacuse there a waste of resources and will just go striat to a land fill site without being used. Plus I ****ing hate AOL becuase of there god dam moronic TV adverts.

I saw this on T.V one time, I thought they would've reached a mil. by now...

LOL There Tv adverts are so lame the thing is AOL is crap for loads of reasons you have to install loads of crap on your computer to run it you have to use there software and there is something in the background that runs when your on the internet causing lag when you play online games.

One thing i despise aobut AOL, is the way they advertise themselves as the internet. Not just a service provider. All they do is provide a connection to the internet and a search engine. But they make it seem like all the sites that you can find with it, are made by AOL.

There ARE specific AOL-only areas, AOL keywords..

Oh god i hate the AOL keywords, www.thematrix.com AOL Keyword: Matrix, the fools can't even type an address into the bar at the top of their browser.

I saw an advert for them once, they said about a "powerful search engine" - there was the bloody google logo in the background! People think they have to use AOL for stuff like search engines, pop-up blockers and spam filters, makes me mad lol

haha, that is the best idea... shame they didnt make it 20,000,000 tho. 1,000,000 cd's wont even fill 1 truck

AOL should just become its own OS, that would solve this shit.

Solve, as in not help hardly any of it's current problems? Suuuure!

It'd be a tough decision between a MS operating system and an AOL operating system ;)
