Looks like they followed suit of Gamespy and Gamershell. They also said they'd take them down if requested so by PCG UK.

The way you are meant to do things is ASK then put them up. Not put them up and wait to see if you are asked to take them down.

We're not doing it without permission from Valve or PC Gamer.

Gamespy have been granted permission, we haven't, and neither has Fallout or Gamershell.
