Update stuck at 95%

My update to CS:S is stuck at 95% and won't move. Steam Network usage: 0 b/s

You can always try some basic stuff:
- reconnect to the steam network
- delete your clientregistry.blob file and reconnect

hmm... perhaps windows xp is updating itself in the background? I usually find that steam goes to 0 b/s if something else is using my bandwidth. (Or lack of width, as it is dial-up...)
