i'm at 39% for some reason, when I already fulled downloaded it before. And in the properties it says Offline Mode: Not ready; and says it requires an update.

with 3 seconds to go, it restarted at about 20 seconds... as soon as it gets to 10 seconds it slows to a crawl...
