reset your password right now, don't log out. Send a request to your contact email, and you will get a code to reset it. Make a totally new password, thats very very very hard to guess, with numbers and letters randomly arranged. And don't be stupid next time. Seriously theres no such thing as a free lunch. NEVER give those details out.

They're not hackers. They're just little twats trying to phish Steam accounts with very basic techniques. The fact that the page was hosted on a school's web site shows how retarded they must be. If it's their own school... the hosted pages are usually tied directly to their student ID somehow. From there you can just do a WHOIS and/or check the main page for the school's contact information. Even if it wasn't illegal, it was probably breaking the TOS of the school's hosting. At the very least, you could get him in trouble with the school. In this case, phishing also happens to illegal in Hong Kong... thus, the local police's tech crime department info. Nothing I posted took more than like three minutes to find.

IIRC, the text of the URL orignally posted looked like "steampowered.com/upgrade" or something like that but it really pointed to a page somewhere on that school's site.
