Upgrading RAM performance increase?

Right now, I have an A64 3000+ on an MSI K8T Neo, with 512 mb pc2100 RAM, and a 128mb R9800 pro (not SE). I was wondering how much of a performance increase I would notice if I switched to 512 mb PC3200, or faster, RAM? Does anyone have any experience with this?

If you are planing on upgrading the speed, might as well throw in another 512MB stick for the price, for a total of 1GB.

You would load a little faster and give you a few more frames to work with.
Going to a gig would make it even faster load times and keep the frames from dipping or your gameplay from lagging. Data would be more likely read from memory and not your harddrive, which is slow as hell.
