urgh purshasing hl2 silver via steam

just purshased it, enterd all details, then while processing it says there was an error...... sorry for inconvenience.... recitify problem etc.

what does this mean? will i still get it? or have i just been robed? says that i already own it? is this normal?


edit: seems the transaction has been delayed which apparently happens a lot. how will i be notified when its ok to download? i dont remember entering email address :rolling:

I had the same thing on day of release.

Mine came through OK itself shortly after.

Look at available games,if hl2, hl:source and dod:source and in coming soon, your transaction went through ok.

Also, you must have entered an email address when you signed up to Steam so that email address shoudl be used (unless it's changed since the beta)

If it were a security problem, sa. firewall stuff, it would have happened with more ppl, resulting in us knowing what to do o maybe you're a bit unlucky.

If this hasn't cleared out by tomorrow, try the steam support form.

My games are in the "coming soon" and I still can't play CS:S even though its under "my games"
