US Special Forces strike at Syria

I was about to post a really sarcastic comment in response to this showing my displeasure, but after reading the comments on that article... uhg. All my energy has been sapped by those idiots.

This is the one where I just stopped.

Yesterday on my way to lunch at Doe’s, I passed one of the homeless guys in that area, with a sign that read; “Vote Obama, I need the money.”

Once in the Doe’s my waiter had on a “Obama 08″ tee shirt. When the bill came, I decided not to tip the waiter and explained to him while he had given me exceptional service, that his tee shirt made me feel he obviously believes in Senator Obama’s plan to redistribute the wealth. I told him I was going to redistribute his tip to someone that I deemed more in need; the homeless guy outside. He stood there in disbelief and angrily stormed away.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy $3 and told him to thank the waiter inside, as I had decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy looked at me in disbelief but seemed grateful.

As I got in my truck, I realized this rather unscientific redistribution experiment had left the homeless guy quite happy for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn. Well, I guess this redistribution of wealth is going to take a while to catch on with those doing the work.
 
10 bucks says the McCain campaign tries to use this against Obama and as a campaign message.

In reality, it's not going to work like that.

Waiters usually make between $2.50 and $5.00 an hour, and even though it is under minimum wage, it's legal since they almost always get a few dollars tip every 20 minutes to an hour.

Obama is going to increase taxes on people making over $250,000 a year, not people making $17,000 a year, like waiters or those making minimum wage.

Unemployed people will obviously see no increase in income.

Being taxed and the government actually fulfilling its obligation of looking out for its people and communism are two seperate things.


The day you Americans finally realize your being shitted on by your government who taxes you anyway regardless of welfare or health care, and pocketed or wasted on questionable corporate projects and contracts and what not, pointless war and such, cant come soon enough.


How you convinced yourselves that a government looking out for you is a bad thing I don't know, so I'll trump it up to irrational fear of communism stoked during the cold war.





As for the attack on Syria....nothing suprising.

Rich is relative...as wealth is redistributed and the rich become poorer, they have to slide the scale down to keep doing it...soon nobody will be "rich" anymore because nobody will have ANY money....

Which would be the work of Bush, who is a sperate person, ya know....doesnt that mean the same thing could happen if Obama is elected, too??? Maybe even more likely just to screw Obama over?

Even McCain himself has said he has disagreed with many of Bush's policies...dont you think its possible that he has been voting this way simply because he is the same political party? Peer pressure perhaps? Kinda like you are attempting to exert on me...
