Ironic isn't it? The reason why there's so many blacks in the South could be a throwback to the pre-Civil War days before slavery was abolished.

There are indeed quite a few blacks here in the Southern states compared to the rest of the nation. My county is even labeled under African American. Guess that makes me black then.
