In an email from Greg Coomer (the original writer for the handbook) to Ray from Flamehaus.com, Greg was kind enough to share the handbook to the community.

We wrote this book to make it as easy as we could for new people to join the company. It was fun to capture these thoughts and put them all in one place. Let us know what you think.

Greg also clarified "just to be clear, this doesn't mean you're hired".
