Not just the fact that they make wonderful games, but they really take time to write to their fans. I mean, they probably get houndreds of fanmail everyday, and still they manage to answer! Gabe hasn't replied to any of my emails (about 3/4 IIRC), but I guess that's because they were just the same as a lot of people were asking.
