Hummm have you ever tried gaming and downloading at slow speeds like 5k? Youll notice that the 5k even lags your gaming. ADSL etc isnt Full duplex so lags when its doing two things at once. Imagine uploading updates to someone else when your gaming. No thanks valve.

I'm sure we argued this point before and said valve could have it so it only uploads when you are downloading.

What about it uploading a different file (that you already have, obviously) while you are downloading something? That would make it more expandable if needs be.
