the problem is vivendi. they want to make more money so they delayed it to the holidays. valve wanted it released on sept 30th but vivendi said no. valve and vivendi were obviously arguing for a while and valve never gave up till the last minute. if anything everyone should be pissed at vivendi not valve, valve fought for you guys
