Vampire Dust

Ok I cant remember who's place i go to , and give the vampire dust to collect 200$ I have collected 29 vampire dust's from killing vampires. I know it's a guy that collects them but cant remember who and where??

29 X 200$ = Alot of gold

I love this game. The quests are insanely fun and robing people is cool in a game, I also got the skeleton key last night NO MORE LOCK PICKS!!! I'm now trying to complete the main quest . My most expensive item is The Amulet of Axes $15,800 Reflects damage 33% damage on self Fortify blunt 25% on self

I think he's right. And from what I remember, it's directly right, then first house on the left when you fast travel there.

Imperial City, Temple district. Once there if you still cant find it just use the map to go to the local area and mouse over the markers till you find seridurs house.

The guys house is in the Imperial City, Temple district. There's some guy named Selulous or Sertius or something that begins with an S, anyway don't trust him. He'll tell you to kill this guy in a cabin somewhere. Go over to the cabin guy, but don't kill him. Instead take his advice and talk to the dude in the first edition bookstore. He'll say something about a cave. If you go to that cave and kill Serjius or w/e, cabin man will be in Mr. S's basement. He will pay you 250 for a pile of vampire dust.

Yeah, I went to go see this guy with my pile of Vamp dusts and he wont give me the option to give any to him. It worked before and I got 250 a pop, but now he just says "If you find any vampire dusts bring them to me and I will reward you" And I have to punch him in the nose because I have ~20 of them with me!

Do I have to wait for a certain time?
