vehicle for Halloween mod

Hi, I'm looking for a modeler to setup a vehicle. I am the only modeler on the team as well as mapper. I tried to get this skateboard model to work but failed (and I've tried every vehicle tutorial out there). I've ran out of time for modeling, I don't have any time to set this thing up right and I dont have time to read any mroe tutorials or anything. It would be great if I could find someone who knows how to do this. The mesh is already finished, all it needs is bone setup, and animations created for a vehicle model.
