Another way of saying that is; Yes, there will be driveable things in HL2 engine.
Once more mods come out, there might be cars and stuff to drive.

Jackin he was asking if there would be Vehicles in CS:S not HL2's Engine(Which technically makes no sense..).
He said that he new there are in HL2.
No there are not vehicles in Cs:S, though they may eventually be added.

No, what it shows is that you have never made a map before. He said driveable things. The buggy WILL NOT be in cs:s.
However, within the hammer editor I could make something driveable for CS within a map
