Vid editing software?

Our clan needs to edit our scrim videos. But we can't find any software to do it. Can you help us out?

I used Vegas 4.0 to compile and edit my CS highlights.

Depends how much editing. For simple fading, cutting, + ordering video and audio you can use Adobe Premiere - for more advanced visual effects including text overlays, 3D effects, bluescreening and scrolling/tweening credits/intros etc then you'll need Adobe AfterEffects too. It's professional software, I like them both a lot.
